The front desk

Built for a busy Saturday, not a quiet Tuesday.

No double bookings, ever

A stylist or a chair can't be booked twice for the same time. If you really need to squeeze someone in, you can, and the reason is saved.

A walk-in queue that tells time

Add a walk-in in seconds and tell them roughly how long the wait is. Seat them with whichever stylist frees up first.

Close out the way people pay

Cash, GCash, Maya or card. Each service is credited to the stylist who did it, even when two people worked on one client.

₱1,850.00 · GCash · Ana + Bea

Remember every client

Notes that matter at the chair: allergies, the colour they had last time, who they like. The desk sees them; stylists don't see phone numbers.

Your numbers

Know what you made today, without a calculator.

Sales, payment mix and each stylist's commission, worked out from the tickets the desk closes. Set each stylist's rate and a per-service cap; a new rate applies from the next ticket and never rewrites the past.

The Primly app

New customers, sent straight to your desk.

Once your shop is listed, people nearby can find you by city, date and price, and send a booking request. Nothing is booked until your desk says yes.

  1. They request. Service, preferred date and time, and a short note.
  2. You confirm. Pick the stylist and chair, or decline with a reason.
  3. It's in the book. The request becomes a normal appointment, and they see “Confirmed”.

Questions

Before you sign up

Do I need special hardware?

No. It runs in the browser on the desk computer, a tablet or a phone. Stylists use their own phones to see their day.

What happens after the demo?

If Primly suits you, we set your shop up with a free trial period. After that your plan is billed monthly. If a bill is late, you have 7 days' grace before the shop goes read-only. You can still see everything; you just can't add new bookings until it's settled.

Can my stylists see each other's earnings?

No. Each stylist sees only their own appointments and their own commission. Client phone numbers stay with the desk.

Do customers have to use the app to book?

No. The desk books walk-ins and phone calls as usual. The app is an extra way for new customers to find you.

Open tomorrow with the whole day already in the book.
